Garlic Sauce Recipe

The Best Garlic Sauce recipe ever! I learned this recipe from the internet ie a forum called videojugs.com.  It was posted by an anonymous user.

The garlic sauce recipe I was looking for was specific to the type that I found from the Al-Baik fastfood restaurant. For those not familiar, Al-Baik is the equivalent to Kentucky Fried Chicken, herein after known as KFC. This chain of restaurant was started in 1974 and founded by  the late Shakkour AbuGhazalah from Saudi Arabia.

These guys came up with a special garlic sauce instead of your traditional ketchup. The garlic sauce had the consistency of thick greek yogurt and the snowy white color of mayonnaise. The tastes of course is garlicky, but then again this is a recipe for GARLIC LOVERS!

I use this garlic sauce as a dressing for my salads, a dip for potato wedges, as a spread for sandwiches and for my own subs and kebabs.

I can tell you for sure, that making this garlic sauce is easier than making homemade mayonnaise. All you need is a powerful and reliable blender and NOT food processor. The rest of the ingredients are of 4 bulbs garlic, a cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 3 cups cooking oil (canola or sunflower), one egg white - fridge temperature and a teaspoon of salt! Thats all that's needed for this garlic sauce recipe. The rest is in the technique and of course your blender does the work!

If you wanna see hows it's done, check out my video on YouTube. You'd also get to see me as a bonus!
